Our strong company culture thrives on technology innovation, which we believe guarantees Star-net's leaping development going forward into the 21^st century. We boast over 600 senior engineers, 50% of whom have either a Masters degree or PhD. Furthermore, we possess communication research centers in Fuzhou, Shanghai and at Central China's University of Science and Technology. These research facilities constitute the bulk of our strong research network for new product development.

In order to keep pace with international institutions, we have also built strong technology partnerships with TI, Intel, Cisco, Microsoft, Motorola, NS and other well-known multi-national companies. Some other partnerships include: DSPS Alliance Lab with TI, Communication Network Alliance Lab with Motorola, and Windows Terminal Lab with Microsoft.
