Introduction:Director Huang Yihao, born in May 1961and member of the CPC, graduated from Computer Science & Technology Faculty of China Science & Technology University in July 1983. He became a Senior Engineer in 1997. He currently holds the positions of chairman of board of both Fujian Shida Network Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and Fujian Shengteng Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang is also a member of the Standing Council of Youth Entrepreneurs Association of Fuzhou City, Member of Standing Council of Youth Entrepreneurs Association of Fujian Province and member of Council of China Computer Customers Association. Under the directorship of Mr. Yihao Huang, our company successfully provides many internationally advanced products to the market including: STAR-510 Chinese & English language terminal, STAR-510G green twin terminal, STAR-482 synchronic POS and STAR-485 synchronic network controller, STAR-215 SMP micro-printer and STAR-590 integrated POS. His main scientific and technological achievements include: R&D on Universal Chinese Characters that obtained the 3^rd grade Science & Technology Progress Award (STP Award) of Fuzhou City in November 1986 and the STAR-500 type Chinese & English language terminal developed under his guidance was appraised by the Ministry of Electronics as an Outstanding Product, which obtained the 2^nd grade STP Award of Fujian Province in May 1992. He was also awarded the Youth Science & Technology Award of the 2^nd session of Science & Technology Association of Fujian Province in October 1993, and obtained the title of 3^rd Session Outstanding Youth Entrepreneur for Fujian Province in June 1995.

Name/Title: Mr. Weihong Zheng / President of Network Communications Research Institute
Introduction:Born in September 1967, member of CPC and a Senior Engineer, Mr. Weihong Zheng graduated from China Science & Technology University in 1990. He has successfully participated and helped guided the development of many Shida terminal products including our STAR-500, STAR-800, STAR-600, STAR-880, ST AR-510G, STAR-1000, STAR-810, Windows terminal Shengteng 2000, the first Slim Java Customer Computer and the first China ASIC Chinese & English language terminal chip with capacity of 50,000 lines. As a result, he was named an honorary "terminal technology expert." Mr. Weihong Zheng, has obtained the 2^nd grade Torch Project Award of Ministry of Science & Technology, the 3^rd grade Science & Technology Progress Award of the Province and the 2^nd grade Outstanding New Product Award of the Province. In 1995, he also obtained the title of "Labor Model of China's Electronic Industry System". Finally, in 1997 the Shida company appraised Mr. Zheng as "Outstanding Employee".

Name/Title: Mr. Jiayong Ruan / General Manager
Introduction:Mr. Jiayong Ruan, born September 1966, member of the CPC and Senior Engineer, graduated from Beijing Post & Telecommunication College with a Masters degree in 1990. Following his graduation, he took a position as general manager at Shida Terminal Company in 1996 and obtained the title of the Outstanding Manager of Electronic Industry of Fujian Province in 1998. Mr. Ruan has since obtained a PhD degree in Telecommunications from Huazhong (Central China) Technology University. Mr. Jiayong Ruan has been credited with the development of our STAR series Chinese & English language terminal. Many products obtained State and Provincial Science & Technology Progress Award, Outstanding New Product Award and Torch Award. This type of product ranks number 1 in terms of market occupancy and has as high as 40% market share for 7 consecutive years with the total sales of roughly 500,000 units. Furthermore, our total sales of Shida POS products also reached over 60,000 units, accounting for 1/4 of the total quantity of POS products sold in China and created over USD18,000,000 in revenue. In 1998, Shida modem products became the first Chinese brand modem.
